Each of the three Sonoran Suites of Scottsdale condo complexes has a large outdoor pool, spa tub, and fitness center with treadmills, stair machines, recumbent bicycles, free weights, resistance machines, and showers. An on-site business center has a computer, printer and fax machine. The clubhouse is a large separate room with kitchen facilities, TV, tables for board games, couches, chairs, and a counter. Grocery shopping service is available for a surcharge. |

Sonoran Suites are located in a gated, Southwestern-style apartment complex of two-story, tile-roofed buildings (no elevators) colored in pale desert tones. Featuring white walls and ceilings, vertical blinds, ceramic-tile entryways, light-colored carpets and kitchen cabinets, and Mexican pottery, the condos' decor and furnishings adhere to the contemporary Southwestern theme. Ceiling fans in master bedrooms and living rooms furnish cooling alternatives to air conditioning.
Condos consist of one, two, or three bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a laundry room, and a patio or balcony with outdoor furniture. Some have dining rooms. Fully equipped with cookware and dishes, kitchens include four-burner gas ranges, microwave ovens, ice-making refrigerators, dishwashers, and breakfast bars. Laundry rooms contain full-sized washers and dryers.
One housekeeping visit is complimentary for a seven-day stay. Otherwise, housekeeping is available for a surcharge. All condos are nonsmoking, with smoking permitted only on patios or balconies. There is no charge for local calls, and telephones are equipped with answering machines.
There are no Sonoran Suites representatives at the site. Guests receive an e-mail providing driving directions and a code to be punched into the complex's gate.
